Job Description:

A Kitchen Helper, or Kitchen Assistant, is someone that works in a kitchen assisting the culinary team and Waitstaff to deliver excellent customer service to restaurant patrons. Their primary duties include washing dishes, preparing meal ingredients, and maintaining the kitchen. The position is essential for the operations of our restaurant business as the Kitchen Helper would provide critical assistance to the chef like a professional by using their technical skill, culinary knowledge, food handling and prepping experience, and personal intuition from hours of cooking to make food that taste, smell, feel and look good, giving customers an elevated dining experience beyond home cooking. With the crucial support of the Kitchen Helper (second-in-charge), the Chefs will be able to ensure that our kitchen operations function well, from the movement layout in the kitchen, managing inventory and supplies to managing staff and ensuring the safety of staff and food.
