Skills:

 Provide assistance in preparing fast food items such as pizzas, subs, sandwiches, hamburgers, fries, salads and other sides.

 Cut, wash and prep vegetables, sauces and meat for use in food production

Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables

 Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs

 Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas

 Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand

 Keep records of the quantities of food used

 Package take-out food

 Portion and wrap foods

 Prepare, heat and finish simple food items

 Stock refrigerators and salad bars

 Take customers' orders

 Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment

 Handle and store cleaning products

 Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas

 Remove kitchen garbage and trash

 Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors

 Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit

 Use oven, deep fryer, grill and other food prepping equipment.

 Prepare, portion, slice, wrap and package food for take-out.

 Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers and other storage areas

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee and elevate the operations of our thriving dining establishment. In this key leadership role, you will manage day-to-day activities, uphold outstanding customer service standards, and ensure excellence in food quality and safety compliance. Your ability to lead and motivate the team will be essential in creating exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong operational performance. Responsibilities

§ Manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring smooth shift transitions.

§ Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently across all menu items.

§ Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.

§ Lead a diverse team of servers, cooks, and support staff such as delivery drivers through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives.

§ Handle cash, credit and debit transactions accurately using Clover POS, including day end cash reconciliation.

§ Enforce food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.

§ Supervise customer service delivery to guarantee guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

§ Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a skilled and motivated team aligned with the restaurant’s values.§ Address and handle customer complaints, feedback or concerns as and when they arise.
