Skills:

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Description:
- Prepare and cook complete meals, individual dishes, and foods for the inn's kitchen and dining service
- Prepare dishes for guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions
- Plan menu items and estimate food requirements in coordination with kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure food is stored, handled, and prepared to Northwest Territories food-safety standards
- Clean the kitchen and work areas and maintain a sanitary environment
- Oversee kitchen operations during assigned shifts as needed
