Job Description: Job Duties • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs in buildings and facilities. • Monitor and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HV AC) systems. • Conduct regular inspections to identify issues requiring attention. • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safety standards are met. • Respond to service calls and emergency maintenance requests. • Follow safety procedures and always maintain a safe work environment. • Manage the inventory of repair supplies and equipment and ensure that all stocks are replenished as needed. • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance and inspections carried out.
